Lots Road Power Station is situated on the north bank of the Thames between Battersea Bridge and Chelsea Harbour. Formation Architects have been appointed to review the detailed design and to take the project through to completion. The revised design will accommodate 260 apartments including 67 affordable units grouped around a large open space at the heart of the building. Commercial space at ground and first floor will help create a vibrant urban street within the building.

The Lots Road project will be a landmark development delivering a major mixed-use scheme on this prominent brownfield site.
